So this picture was my last night. Which was freaking awesome.
A few friends and I went to last night’s Making Time party at Transit. Soulwax was playing. If you haven’t heard of Soulwax, they are one of the best dance rock bands ever. Check them out and soon.
Anyway, any normal night with Soulwax would be amazing, but this night was far from normal. Being in Philly, I was kind of disappointed that I’d be missing game 3 of the World Series. But apparently, Dave P is the coolest promoter ever and decided that they would project the game throughout the entire club (with 6 projectors) and even projected a 30 ft. screen BEHIND THE BANDS!!! It was so great. They acually had a VJ overlaying graphics on the game.
It was one of those nights that I’ll never forget and never experience again. Sorry you missed it, but check out another Making Time party sometime, like this Friday for Halloween.
